Developer Countryside has launched a new phase of homes for sale at its Elements scheme in Enfield.
The firm has transformed the area opposite Ponders End station and will be delivering more than 1,000 homes, new community facilities and commercial space, which will include retail units, a gym and medical centre along South Street and Station Square.
Construction began in December 2017 with work on phase 1 – Alveus – which is set to be completed in February 2020. This phase includes a 14-storey landmark tower and the transformed Station Square, which offers a welcoming gateway into Ponders End from the nearby station. The first residents moved into the homes in March this year.
