Retail park changes hands

A retail centre on Southbury Road has been acquired by Sports Direct.

De Mandeville retail park has been bought by the sportswear chain from Standard Life Investments for £25 million, CoStar News reports.

The 5,125sq m park is currently let to retailers including Argos, Harveys and Currys PC World.

Savills acted for SLI while Staunton Whiteman and Curson Sowerby acted for Sports Direct.
