The College of North East London, Haringey and Enfield has become one of the mayor of London’s first MCA (Mayor’s Construction Academy) hubs, in recognition of the quality of training available.
As an MCA hub, the centre, which specialises in building services training with a particular focus on mechanical and electrical courses, will receive a £300,000 investment in construction training.
The programme aims to increase the opportunities available in the industry for women or those who are from an ethnic minority.
