The first phase of Lovell Partnerships’ Electric Quarter scheme is complete and tenants are already moving into the 21 homes built for affordable rent, alongside 40 townhouses for private sale.
The building has a rooftop play area for residents and all heat and hot water for the homes is provided by Energetik, Enfield Council’s energy company.
The second phase of the project was given planning approval in September 2018 to provide a further 107 new homes, including 31 units classed as affordable, as part of a £50 million project.
Once completed, Electric Quarter will offer 167 new homes alongside new shops and a community space, which has been earmarked as a library and nursery.
