Enfield's objectives this year are to build relationships with new contacts within the industry who will help deliver its aims and objectives in 2018 and beyond.
George said: "We are looking forward to visiting MIPIM again this year and to discuss upcoming projects with potential partners.
"The borough of Enfield is going through some enormous change with regards infrastructure improvements, opportunities for residential and commercial growth and the regeneration of town centres in the face of burgeoning demand for housing and services.
"Meridian Water is just one of the major projects we will be happy to talk to delegates about at MIPIM; Enfield Council is keen to share its visions for the future and to listen to colleagues in the private and registered provider sectors to understand their current drivers and how we can work together to unlock development opportunities."
