3Fox International is co-ordinating an event for Enfield Council next month, as the authority prepares to find a development partner to establish an overall masterplan for the Meridian Water project.
The event takes place at the New London Architecture centre on 8 June between 5 and 8pm. It is an opportunity for potential developers to find out more about the scheme and meet the team behind the project before the tender process begins. Enfield Council’s chief executive, Rob Leak, and regeneration programme director, Peter George will host the event.
The ambition for the £1.5 billion, 85-hectare project is to develop around 8,000 homes, neighbourhood facilities and create over 3,000 new jobs by 2025.
To request your place contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 7978 6840.
Please note spaces have to be prioritised for potential development partners (developers, registered providers, PRS operators). Places are limited to two guests per company.
