Developer Fairview New Homes has finished building 45 homes on the site of a former reservoir in Enfield.
The scheme, known as Renaissance, features everything from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom family homes, all of which were sold off-plan.
The reservoir was drained and buildings on the site demolished before the start of construction.
Sales and marketing director at Fairview New Homes, Jim Holliday, said: “We are extremely proud of our Renaissance development, both for its design and for the range of housing we managed to incorporate to meet the needs of people in Enfield.
“Fairview New Homes is deeply rooted in Enfield and we are committed to providing new private and affordable homes here.”
