Developer Chancerygate has purchased a 1.2-hectare development site in Enfield, where it plans a speculative development of 12 industrial and trade units.
The Great Cambridge Road units will range in size from 280sq m to 1490sq m, which will be available on a freehold or leasehold basis.
The site was originally part of a larger regeneration scheme, which features a Travelodge, Toyota car dealership and Big Yellow Self Storage facility.
Chancerygate has reported a "very strong interest" in a number of the units.
