New signings at Enfield Retail Park

by James Renoux-Wood Thu 6 March 2014, 3:12 pm

Five new retailers have signed for space totaling 35,000sq ft at the Enfield Retail Park.

Nike, Carphone Warehouse, M&S Simply Food, Nando's and Subway have all signed for space at the centre.

The scheme, by Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS), is set over 150,702sq ft. and includes branches of Sports Direct, Halfords and Currys.

Fergus Egan, fund manager at USS, said: “This most recent string of lettings at Enfield Retail Park is in line with our proactive asset management strategy to meet modern retailer requirements, complement the existing retail mix and ultimately help to increase visitor numbers and dwell time from the already strong catchment area.”
