Housing Association London & Quadrant has submitted new proposals to develop Middlesex University's former Cat Hill site.

A new application to Enfield Council proposes reducing the number of homes to 232, down from the earlier figure of 250, and lowering the height of the proposed apartment blocks from six storeys to four storeys, the Barnet & Whetstone Press reported.

Andy Rowland, L&Q’s Land and projects director said the association was proposing “well-designed homes that match the character of the local area”.
